Backlot Sets
Few places have inspired more creativity than the city that never sleeps. But, why bother with city permits, fees, cordoning off traffic and other red tape when we can bring the city of New York to you? At several stories tall, the facades in each and every section create an authentic urban atmosphere perfect for capturing the excitement and drama that New York and other major metropolitan areas provide (even when they’re in Hollywood).
A quiet, grass-covered courtyard surrounded by multi-story faux-residential building facades. Often used as an outdoor filming backdrop, and now as a production park for various television shows and films (such as Rizzoli & Isles). These structures were used, at one point, as dressing rooms for "contracted" actors. The actors would be available 5 days a week if producers needed them for a project.
